With your report written, there is just one last step in the recommendation process. We’d like your team to present your decision to the entire FAO committee. Let me give you some details of what is expected of you and your team.
I’d like you to give a 10-minute presentation, which will be followed by a brief question and answer period with other presentation teams who will make-up your audience.
You should present the proposal your team selected and your justification for your decision.
Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint and then, before giving your presentation to the committee, please rehearse as a team until you are ready. You have done important work, and I don’t want the work to be overshadowed by a sloppy presentation. How you present is just as important as what you present. Good Luck!
