Dr. Matthews is ready to hear your presentations and then report your conclusions to me. Dr. Matthews will be emailing you with further details.
I look forward to hearing about the results of all of your work. This project, if you think we should pursue it, could be a big benefit to the world. I want to thank you for all of the research you have done in helping me decide whether to build the superworm.
It is just about time for your presentations. You will soon have the opportunity to share your ideas with me and with your colleagues about re-engineering the earthworm.
There are just a few things I’d like you to keep in mind. First and foremost, remember that your arguments will have real consequences for this foundation, so make your thesis extremely clear and tell us how you arrived at your conclusions.
Finally, be ready to listen carefully and critically to others’ work and to be an active participant in our final evaluation of this problem. In order to focus your peer critiques, I have attached an evaluation form I'd like you to fill out while you are listening to other teams. Please make sure you are familiar with the questions in the form before the presentations begin.
