In your role as a Junior Consultant, you will conduct a financial analysis and recommend one of four investment proposals to the Board of Directors at Woodland Ridge hospital. As part of this process, you will complete the following tasks:

Task 1: Project Introduction
Familiarize yourself with the four investment proposals and prepare for the kick-off meeting with your client.

Task 2: Kick-off Meeting
Join your supervisor and key hospital stakeholders at the project kick-off meeting.

Task 3: Project Demand
Work with your team to brainstorm a plan for projecting the demand for each investment proposal. Then using information from your supervisor, calculate the demand for the each investment.

Task 4: Calculate Net Income
Calculate the net income for each project by determining the revenue and expenses associated with each.

Task 5: Calculate Net Present Value
Based on the Net Income you calculated in Task 4, determine the Net Present Value for each project. As part of this calculation, determine the range of Cost of Capital for each investment project.

Task 6: Determine Payoff Point
Using information on Net Present Value and the start-up costs for each project, determine the payoff point for each project.

Task 7: Recommendation
Based on all the work you have done in the rotation, decide which investment you will recommend to your client. Prepare and present that recommendation.

Task 8: Conclusion and Reflection
Conclude and reflect on the rotation experience.
