Thank you for sending me the ISP; I appreciate your input. At this point, you will need to refine the questionnaire based on your assessment of the line listing data from the 15 case-patients. This new questionnaire will be resubmitted to current case-patients and to any new case-patients who come forward.
In refining the questionnaire, keep the existing questions but expand on any specific topics that seemed to have a promising path in a new section. This way, if we get any new cases we can compare that static pool of information and make sure there are no new patterns that arise if and when more people come forward. (Feel free to put a note at the top to have any repeat responders skip to the new section so as not to ask them the same set of questions again.)
