Between the run-through and the revisions everything should be ready to go. Keep the things we discussed in mind and make this presentation even better than the last one.
Do your best to answer their questions and remember that if no one on your team has an answer, you can find an answer afterwards, write it up, and send it to them. If there are any remaining questions, please send any written responses to me to review before sending them to the subcommittee.
I’ve attached a fresh critique form for you to use when observing another presentation. As before I would like you to complete the form in addition to the verbal feedback you provide them. I think the form is a great way to reflect on how a different team approached the task and consider how your own presentation could benefit from their approach
