Thanks for helping out at the clinic. Over these last few weeks we’ve seen some changes amongst our staff. While Michael Wilson still has a hard time warming up to his clients, he acknowledges the problem and is working on developing better rapport. It’s a big first step for him and his recent customer satisfaction surveys show some improvement. In addition, Paula Jansen is trying to work on her skills in the areas of analysis and nutritional planning. She seems really committed to doing a good job and has been very receptive to coaching—both good qualities for a dietitian in the making! She’s studying hard for her upcoming dietitian registration exam. Assuming she does well, we plan to hire her as a full-time dietitian at the clinic.
I’m also happy to report that we’re seeing an increase in the number of email inquiries from our web site. The dialogue around nutrition is growing, which is great. Our teens will benefit the most from our efforts here--as we continue to work with them to live healthier and make well-informed nutritional choices!
Sincerely,
Pat Niren
