Critique Paula Jansen
Now that you’ve wrapped up the critique on Michael Wilson, please get started on a performance review of one of our student interns, Paula Jansen. Simply follow the same steps as you did with your review of Wilson. Paula has been an intern with us for four months now. Overall, we’ve been happy with her performance as a Nutritional Advisor, but based on some feedback we received recently from a client, there may be some room for improvement.

Paula is close to getting her certification and we’d like to keep her on board here at the clinic. But I’d also like to see that she gets some appropriate coaching on any areas where she may be struggling. As you know, professional development is a big part of our mission at the Westside Teen Nutrition Clinic. So, the more constructive feedback we can give Paula, the better.

I’ll send you another email shortly with case information (from one of Paula’s recent clients) that I’d like you to critique. Keep an eye out for that.
