As I mentioned in my previous email, I’d like you to review the work of our student intern, Paula Jansen. You’ll critique Paula’s work in a similar fashion to what you did with Michael Wilson.

Review the Materials
I’ve attached to this email all the information I have on Paula’s client, Suzie Kim. Remember, you should download all of the attachments because you will need to refer to them throughout the full critique-cycle. As you did with Michael, there are a number of things I want you to critique and you’ll be using identical templates for your critiques as last time around.

Critique the Interview
Again, I’d like you to first conduct a critique of just the style and substance (content) of Paula’s initial meeting with Suzie Kim (see the attached video interview). Remember that at this stage you should not worry about her assessment of the client or her nutritional plan. Just focus on the interview. In addition to the video, you can refer to any of the attachments I’ve provided to help you draft your critique. The Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire will be very useful -- and remember to review the Notes from Mom, which Paula took after speaking with Mrs. Kim.

Prepare Your Report
I’ve attached the Client History Critique Template again. Use it to record your critique.
