Assess Suzie’s Needs and Risks
Now that you are more familiar with the case, I’d like your perspective on Suzie’s nutritional needs and risks. You remember the drill from the last client… I’d like you to do your own assessment of Suzie, so you can later critique Paula’s assessment of the client. You might want to look at Suzie’s Customer Satisfaction Survey to see if she reveals any needs or goals that Paula may not have uncovered in the interview.

Prepare Your Report
Please use the attached Client Assessment Template as you do your work. Remember to include all the scientific evidence you can in your assessment of the client’s needs and risks, as it will make for a stronger, well-grounded argument.

Identify Questions Jansen Should Have Asked
Remember - - as you conduct your assessment, you may find there are some things we don’t know about Suzie because they weren’t asked in the interview. If you have ideas about additional questions you think Paula Jansen should have asked Suzie that could have helped with the assessment, I would like to know. Please make a list of those questions for me. Similarly, if you want to make any changes to your earlier work on the Client Assessment Template based on the additional questions you think Paula should have asked, I’d be happy to take another look at it.
