Since you saw him last, William Rand has been back to follow up with Dr. Shah, who tells me that William’s hip has healed, and that William can return to his running. William is still disappointed that he wasn’t able to get back to his track meets sooner.

We’ve also seen Brian Johnson again as he has rehabbed from his spine injury. He has had to minimize his activities to allow the damaged disc to heal, especially the recreational ones, and we will have to wait and see if his skateboarding incident will ultimately require surgery. We might not see the full impact of his fall for many years to come.
