As I’ve recently mentioned to you, you’ll be assisting Dr. Shah on your next case. She will be interviewing the patient, and then she will ask you to help plan the physical examination—what should be performed and why. Later, you’ll be using the information Dr. Shah gathers from the proposed examination to form a differential, so you’ll want to be sure to be as complete and as accurate as you can in your suggestions about how to perform the exam and about what to look for. I have attached the template you should use to make your recommendations.
