Dr. Shah will be asking you to work from our existing files. You'll attend the interview and exam and then, starting with what we already know, she will ask you to recommend and updated differential diagnosis based on whatever new information we gather. You should closely observe the interview and exam, and then Dr. Shah will also provide her notes to you based on what she saw.

In case you would like to work from a blank differential, I have attached one for you to use to make your recommendations, and I will be checking in after you have recommended your differential.
