To get started working with Dr. Shah on this case, you'll sit in and observe her interview with the patient. Capture whatever clinical findings come out from that interview, and review Dr. Shah's notes that she will provide to you after the interview is complete. Based on what you and Dr. Shah have observed, you'll propose what should be done during the physical examination of the patient. Dr. Shah will let you know when your input is needed. I've attached a template to list which elements your proposed exam will include and a rationale to support each of your choices.
You and Dr. Shah can take it from here, and I'll be checking in after you finalize your examination plan.
