Just as a reminder, you'll want to start from your differential and consider the following basic criteria in determining which diagnoses to test for:
Is this a condition the patient is likely to have?
Is this condition important to treat in order for the patient to fully recover?
Can this diagnosis be tested fairly easily and inexpensively, with minimal risk or discomfort for the patient?
Then, for the diagnoses you suggest we test for, you'll choose tests to recommend, justifying which tests you included and excluded.
