Using your assessment of Jay as a baseline, you can now take a look at Michael Wilson's assessment of Jay to see where he might have gone wrong (and where he was on track too).

Prepare Your Report
Please use the attached Assessment Critique Template to provide your critique. When I review your work, as usual, I'll be looking to see if you are thorough in your critique and that you justify all of your findings. That means I need to know the rationale behind your critique, Michael Wilson will also want to know when we share it with him, and ultimately, our clients will want to know. Remember, your arguments about good nutrition will be more convincing when the reasoning is rooted in science.

Once again, you'll need to refer to the materials I provided in my earlier email, including Wilson’s analysis of the client's needs and risks. You know the drill by now!
