Client History Critique Template

I need you to review the work of two of our nutritional advisors, starting with Michael Wilson.

Review the Materials
I have attached to this email everything I have about Michael Wilson and his work with our client, Jay Carter. You should download all of the attachments because you will need to refer to them throughout the full critique-cycle for this practitioner.

Critique the Interview
First I’d like you to conduct a critique of just the style and substance (content) of Wilson’s initial interview with Jay Carter. So you’ll want to watch the attached video and concentrate on what Wilson says and how he says it. Don’t worry about his assessment of the client, or his resulting nutritional plan quite yet. Just focus on the interview for now. Refer to any of the information I’ve provided to help you formulate ideas about what should have taken place during that interview. Jay’s customer satisfaction survey is a good starting point after you watch the video.

Prepare Your Report
I’ve also attached a Client History Critique Template that I’d like you to use to capture your critique. (Templates are what we use to document our work around here. I’ll give you different ones for each of the critiques I need you to do.)

Of course, just as you are helping your new colleagues, part of our team process is that I will be reviewing your work, and I’ll do my best to teach you some of the important tricks of the trade so you improve as well.

I look forward to receiving your critique, and I know Michael Wilson does too.
